Unusual noise and UFO?! in Hong Kong (24th Jan 2012)

I kept hearing strange hums/blares/noises outside during my sleep but I didn't bother checking out what was happening until 3AM (it wasn't very loud when my windows were shut)

The dots, I don't know, I have no binoculars and my camera lens couldn't go far enough - just hope someone living closer would notice & upload a vid

An extra note: the weather has been unusually cold recently
